Booking our hall
If you would like to make a booking please go to our calendar 'members' page and use the password 'mca' to find out if the date and time you require is free.
Once you have ascertained that it is you will need to complete and submit our booking enquiry form. Please make sure you read and agree to our terms and conditions of hire. Click on the file below to download them.
If you wish to visit the hall prior to booking, that can be arranged. Please use our general contact form or call Janis James on 07885576274 to arrange a visit.
Once you have contacted us and confirmed the details, we will send you a Booking Form to be completed and returned with your payment.
This MUST be done not less than five days prior to your event date or we may not be able to guarantee your booking.
If this is the first time you have used our hall, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to confirm the booking.
